The lanes were hot last Monday (unless you were close to the door). There was a plethora ( love that word) of 600+/HC series. Jeanine
Conway 626, Vic DiFate 679, Curt Linton 605, Mike Brough 642, Tom Keeline 660, Jack Windish 641, Matt Weiss 630, Bob Zangas 621, Kent Steinbruck 600, Tim Lorenz 605,and Jim Cavanagh 721.
Three weeks till roll off and the competition is heating up. Team Decker is in first place with 62 pts. Team Soifer 56 pts, Team Kocher 52 pts and team Harris with 50 pts. Twelve pins separating first to fourth. Team Kocher vs Team Decker this coming week could have a big affect on standings coming into the roll off. Doug and Don Lorenz where in Maui last week-Doug’s back-Don still there. I think Don is practicing for retirement-and doing a great job. You”ll have to ask Jack Windish why, when he misses a spare, he cringes when Katie say’s” you missed it by that much”.
Little humor for the week:
A man goes into the confession booth and tells the priest, “Father I’m seventy years old and last night I made love to three twenty-one old girls at the same time.”
“When is the last time you went to confession?” the priest asked.
The man says “I’ve never been to confession, Father. I’m Jewish.”
” Then why are you telling me?
The man says “Are you kidding? I’m telling everybody!!
