Election of Officers – Members Please Participate
Elections for officers and board members for 2018-2019 will be held over the next 2 weeks. All members of the Rotary Club of St. Louis in good standing will receive an official ballot in the mail. Ballot packets will be mailed to all members from PreSort (Jeromy Fritz’s company) the week of Monday, December 4.
Members are requested to review the ballot, mark their selections from the candidates for officers and board members as directed on the ballot. Ballots MUST be mailed to the Rotary address or delivered to Maggie Lampe in the sealed (signed) ballot envelope. All ballots must be received in the Rotary Office no later than Wednesday, December 13 2017.
On the morning of December 14, all ballots properly received, and properly completed will be counted by the official Tellers as assigned by President Beth Russell. Final results of election for all positions will be announced by the Tellers at the regular Rotary meeting on Thursday, December 14.
This is your duty to select the leaders of our club for the future. Each of these candidates has been qualified and is willing to accept the responsibilities of their office. They will be donating their time, energy, and passion to moving our club forward. Please respect them and the club by participating in the the election process with your ballot.
